We make preparing your Will and Powers of Attorney as simple and stress free as possible so that you can get on with living! When we talk to our clients about drafting their Will, or their Powers of Attorney the most common responses we hear are:

“Oh yeah, I’ve been meaning to get around to that”

“I’m still young, there’s plenty of time to worry about that”

“Well I won’t be around, I’ll leave it to my family to sort out what happens with my estate”

Our simple questionnaire asks all the right questions and helps you to start the conversations you need with your family. Once we’ve received your questionnaire, we take you through the entire process. We’ll meet with you (by phone or in person) to make sure we understand what you want, and make sure that your Will and Powers of Attorney give that to you. Simply select the documents you need below.

Single Will

Your Will leaves instructions for who is to be the executor of your estate, and how you would like your estate to be distributed. Having a legal Will is the best way to ensure that your family is provided for, and that your wishes are carried out after your passing.

We understand that it’s not fun to talk about and can be quite confronting. However, we know the peace of mind that comes with knowing that your estate will be handled as you would like it to be, and that your family is taken care of. Perhaps most importantly, your family won’t have the added burden of worrying about what you would have wanted during what will be a very difficult time. They will have some comfort knowing that they have fulfilled your wishes.
