At Bayberry & Weir Legal we provide a bespoke yet professional service, leaving clients reassured and with peace of mind.
Traditionally, legal services are provided in a very transactional manner, and clients are often confused and overwhelmed. After years of working in the legal sector we knew there was a better way to help people, which is why we work to build relationships with our clients and help them to feel understood and protected.
Our fixed price, fully inclusive property law services include conveyancing for property purchases and sales, off-the-plan purchases, title transfers, and property disputes. We work with investors, first home buyers, residential and commerical developers, and everybody in between.
Our Commercial Law services include business structuring advice and implementation, commercial agreement reviews and drafting (such as shareholder, employment, partnership, and client service agreements, and terms and conditions), business sales and purchases, dispute resolution, commercial leasing advice and lease preparation, liquor licensing, and commercial operation permits (such as food registration permits).
Our Wills & Estate Planning includes drafting of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Appointments of Medical Decision Maker (Medical Powers of Attorney), and Advanced Care Directives, applications for Probate and Letters of Administration, and estate administration.
Bayberry & Weir is a boutique law firm made up of lawyers, conveyancers, and paralegals. Between us we have more than 20 years of experience providing commercial law, property law, and estate planning legal services, ranging from simple to complex legal matters. Each of our team members takes the time to build close working relationships with our clients so that we can understand their legal needs, and provide customised, comprehensive legal solutions.
We know that preparing your Will or Powers of Attorney can be daunting, confusing, and overwhelming. Our online Wills and Estates portal is here to make beginning the process easier. Simply create your account, complete the questionnaire, schedule a face to face appointment (in person or virtual) with our estate planning expert, and we'll do the rest.
